Hey, that's at my old building, isn't it! At Dovercourt and Bloor?
I always thought that was a dumb sign too. And the creeps enforce it. They have three huge apartment buildings that share a green space, chock full of families with young children, and none of the children are allowed to play in the damn yard. My son and I were hounded off the grass when we were playing frisbee. (Not included on the sign!!)
Yes, that's your old building. I take the shortcut through there a lot. When I took the photo there was a group of boys playing soccer!
I also have to say, I walk through here a lot and I see kids playing sports all the time. It always makes me happy.
