If you continue straight you will be in Parkdale. The streetcar is going up Roncesvalles, a Polish/Eastern European neighbourhood with lots of great little produce markets.

Nice photo!
The building behind the streetcar is the former Ocean House Hotel and it was quite a nice spot before Parkdale went to hell. Can you believe it? Also, your blog is neat; I shall link you.
